And after all, to many, working in surf can be a dream gig.

For this episode we’re at Oakley HQ in St Kilda in Melbourne, Victoria, where the eyewear icon employs about 80 heads across its various divisions. Taking a tour with Training Manager Boyd Wilson you’ll be guided through their quarters including impressively slick workspaces and a ‘breakout space’ that seems like a decent room for procrastination.
