A Colourful Film To Accompany An Elegant Collection
Laura Enever, Felicity Palmateer, and Alessa Quizon are 'Creatures Of Color'
The best way to launch any sort of product line in surf is to drop it with a clip. Surfers aren't always reciprocal to new product lines being flashed in their face, but we are usually down to watch a surf flick for a few minutes on our phones or laptop.
The below short, titled Creatures Of Color accompanies a range of the same name.
As the title suggests, the clip is quite, well, colourful. There hasn't however been any post-production tricks to achieve the broad spectrum – it was all shot somewhere in warm water with a modified infrared camera. It's unsurprisingly bright and a little disorienting at times, but the surfing from Laura, Felicity, and Alessa is as divine as we've come to expect.
Keep one hand in the drink and the rest of your limbs ready to flow with the next malleable wall of sound.
Flick Palmateer, like the rest of the Billabong women's team, is strong, gorgeous and can strip the back from a wave like a mango with a peeler.
Watch the clip above, and if you're a lady (or perhaps looking for your significant other), you can peruse some of the swim/surf range below or the full range over at Billabong's site, which is right here.

Alessa Quizon is a darlin' truffle surrounded by a computer-generated raspberry sorbet!
Laura Enever gonna give you up, Laura Enever gonna let you down!
A quick flash of the whippy tail and this lip was done.
