Where’s This Right Point In Brazil?
Mateus Herdy and crew make us jade with envy.
Like Australia…and Indo…and South Africa, Brazil has experienced a magnificent southern hemi winter, with Antarctic swells battering the south-central coast and offshore winds grooming said swells into clean, hollow surf.
Take, for instance, this session at a Rio-adjacent “point break”. Due to the short-period nature of Brazilian swells, the spot doesn’t link together like J-Bay, but the individual tube sections are of an almost-comparable quality.
Navigating these chambers for our viewing pleasure are Mateus Herdy, Victor Bernardo, etc. etc. etc.
Enjoy!
