Skeleton Bay, Donkey Bay, whatever you call it, Namibia’s home to one of the gloomiest sand bottom dreams in the world. The trek to get there’s arduous and the rewards are the stuff of fantasy. The wave’s fast. It screams down the point and ends in a deadly closeout section. In the fog and mist, it’s difficult to know when to pull out…that is if you’re quick and able enough to wiggle all the way through.
