Jaws hits the switch, sans BWWT event

The Peahi Big Wave World Tour event was green-lit, but then the swell didn’t quite bring its A-game, so the contest was called off. That, howevs, doesn’t mean that there wasn’t waves and that some of the big wave fam’s finest weren’t deep in the mix. Albee Layer, unsurprisingly, was ruling the west bowl. Shout out to Paige Alms keeping it chronically real – her barrel was one of the session’s best.
