27 Well-Surfed Waves with Eli Hanneman

Eli Hanneman’s latest clip is nothing special. Twenty-seven raw clips, one after another, with no added effects or music; it’s perfect. The focus is on Eli’s surfing, which quite frankly is superb. Hanneman’s revolutions above the lip are mechanical, and his top to bottom carve should be laser pointed at in surf academies from Bejing to Waco.

When I said the clip is “nothing special,” I didn’t mean that negatively. I just meant there’s no extra flair or attempt at artistic expression. It’s a surf edit focused solely on surfing, and that’s just fine by us.
