50 years is a long time to be doing anything

 Last week Stab attended a fabulous party thrown by Insted We Smile and SHANE surfboards. The show was a collaboration between Luke and Shane Stedman, commemorating 50 years of SHANE surfboards, and to celebrate Luke and Shane created a quiver of Shane’s most famous shapes through the ages and draped them in the prints of the new Insted We Smile range. Cold beer to combat the stifling mid-summer heat, and great laughs were the order of the night. In a dark, atmospheric room off to the side, the above film was projected onto a white wall. Directed and shot by Andrew Buckley, with an original score by Graz Mulcahy, it perfectly puts into pictures the vision of the project.
