Naked Man Gets Rescued From 20 Foot Waves
Yes, you read that correctly.
An inebriated man stripped down naked and frolicked in shore break off the coast of Oregon. How’s the water temp bud? Think I’ll need booties today? Aside from the fact that water is freezing cold, there also happened to be a storm off the coast. According to the Newport News Times:
The National Weather Service has been issuing ongoing high surf advisories for the area since Friday and reported waves from 20-22 feet around the time of the rescue. A wind advisory issued Friday expired the night before, but the weather service stated it would have been “breezy” at the time, with winds around 30-40 miles per hour.
The man resisted help from North Lincoln’s Fire Department and dragged out the rescue for almost 20 minutes. Check out the video below, courtesy of The News Guard.
