Good Luck Not Clicking On A Video Of Chippa Wilson At Emma Wood
We couldn’t help ourselves either.
Nestled just under a freeway on-ramp, between Rincon and Ventura, lies a dusty parking lot and a curious wedge. Named after a wealthy colonial landowner from the 1800’s, Emma Wood has been the setting for countless Dane Reynolds/Marine Layer classics through the years.
Despite it’s status as a pretty shit wave, Dane and co. manage to consistently pump entertaining content out of Emma’s warbly, wonderful refraction. The parking lot also happened to be the Stab Highway location where teams had to down a twelve pack of their preferred ale — in honor of the local renegades.
Above, chop-hop authority Chippa Wilson joins said renegades for a terrific frenzy of flinging fins — and it’s every bit as entertaining as you thought it would be.
Enjoy.
