Ain’t the energy here great? Ozzie Wright surfs with infectious fury. This shot was taken during the same session as yesterday’s Full Frame – Oz, Rangi Ormond and Otis Carey surfing Bungan on Sydney’s north side. Oz, being a north Narrabeen local, didn’t have to trek too far to find these little wedges (though the trip over from Bondi for Otis and Rangi was far more substantial.) Although we can’t quite put our finger on it, don’t y’think Oz looks like a super hero? Or maybe a super villain? It’s the black, bat-like board and scarlet suit. All he needs now, is a cape. And chances are there’s one sitting deep in this man’s fruity wardrobe.
