Stab Podcast: Our First Video Project With A Goofyfoot
And we dosed two good ones.
For the scientifically inclined thinkers out there, you may have heard of a theory called ecological balance. Basically, it boils down to the idea that nature should be even-keeled. Whether it’s a population change or human intervention, our environment will have some kind of feedback to move the needle back to the “point of origin,” or so the theory goes.
If our natural state is a state of equilibrium, then we just got one step closer with Stab’s latest Microdose featuring Parker Coffin and Ian Crane.
The idea of watching the world’s best surfers step off their usual craft onto something unfamiliar isn’t new, but it never seems to get old. And yet, there’s been unbalance in the universe. Stab in the Dark, the Electric Acid Surfboard Test, and the vast Stab-produced video content have only featured surfers who stand with their left foot forward. (We’re counting individual-centric videos, not groups like Stab High or Stab Highway.) Now, it looks like nature is healing.
Dive into the latest episode of The Drop with Danny and Buck to hear some insights about how the two Stab High Costa Rica competitors felt about their boards, how to hassle your way into a quiver for under $500 bucks, and a waterproof Surf Sin. Stay tuned for Mike and Stace on Stab CUSP as they recap all things Pipeline and turn their attention up the beach to Sunset.
