The host of Stab’s weekly podcast “The Drop” Danny Johnson has a charming voice. If he weren’t so entertaining, you would probably be able to fall asleep to it. Luckily, Danny doesn’t sleep (because of his world title lacking 4-month-old baby) and delivered yet another compelling podcast.

This week’s episode of ‘The Drop’ kicks off with Kelly Slater’s interview from Episode 4 of Andy Irons and The Radicals. The …Lost crew and Kelly Slater lived on opposite sides of the surfing spectrum. Underneath the ridicule, however, Kelly believes there was a genuine sense of respect.

Danny also has a chat with Lincoln Eather, a Stab contributor with a fascination for numbers. Lincoln talks about his recent research on who the most beloved male surfers in the world are and why. Also, how did the current World Champion not even crack the top 10? Lincoln and Danny investigate.

Last but not least, we have a snippet from Stab Squared. Stab Squared is a surf trivia gameshow where quarantined WSL audiences go up against Stab Premium members. Did you know Kolohe Andino has received an interference call after a heat? Neither did Brent.
