Watch: Warm-ups at Bells Beach today!
17 World Tour surfers work out the kinks before the first siren.
As the Rip Curl Pro trials ended at Bells Beach today, the water was cleared, so that half of the World Tour (literally, 17 of the top 34), could wax their feet and get used to some rubber after the trunks and bath water of Tweed Heads. The wind brought some swell, and the bowl was bouncy and bumpy, but as is the tendency when you throw this many of the world’s best into one small are of moving water… there were some moments.
And now, here’s: Kolohe Andino, Nat Young, Jeremy Flores, Gabriel Medina, Davey Cathels, Adam Melling, Ace Buchan, John Florence, Kanoa Igarashi, Dusty Payne, Wilko, Jordy Smith, Conner Coffin, Carissa Moore, Ryan Callinan, Keanu Asing and Wiggolly Dantas. You watching yet?
