Was Winter Storm Grayson Overhyped?
Brett Barley, Oliver Kurtz and friends rubber up and investigate.
It was the storm that trended. Grayson, the “Bomb Cyclone” made a real mess of the US east coast. People freaked, roads and structures were mangled, an ice storm brushed Florida through Georgia and the recording-breaking drop in pressure (bombogenesis!) birthed a notable rise in ocean activity.
Brett Barley, Oliver Kurtz and a number of thick skinned individuals suited up, trekked through the blizzard and into some heaving, dark, frigid ledges, which, if they weren’t so cold, would almost look inviting.
Jeffrey O’Neil the man that shot the above, reported that the air was around five degrees Fahrenheit. Not even Mr Kutz’s triple barrel would be worth that chill factor. Right?
