Waimea River

Just watching this makes us look at our nearest rivermouth with the slights of hope. It ain’t gonna happen though so the next time you see heavy rains predicted for Hawaii, jump on a bird and get  there. Whether Jamie O and Kalani Chapman will let you get a ride is another story. Oh, and make sure you’ve had your vaccination shots, this lagoon probs ain’t your safest place to rip.
