RIP John The Recluse; Welcome John The Digital Maverick
Another striking piece of Florence Bro content, shot on the road between Bells and Margs.
Perhaps it’s time to draft an obituary. The gaps between glimpses of John John Florence have stretched and frayed, so much so that they now reveal him entirely. John, reborn as a media mogul, moves boldly into cyberspace — a domain not recommended, but one where he is welcome.
Over the past few months, John dropped the first half of a two-part edit that could wake the dead, inked a deal with a car dealership and turned it into a three-minute documentary, and tagged along on his brothers’ madcap tour through Europe’s darkest corners. Scratch the surface further, and you’ll find a world title, a child, and the mind of a calculated competitor.
It’s no surprise, then, that John has dropped another striking piece of content. This time, he’s got his brothers in tow, backed by his comp-squad, as they trace the ragged edge of Australia’s southern coastline, stitching together Bells and Margs.
Even though John’s around more often now, it’s still impossible not to stare.
