Qualifying: Hawaii and the Vans World Cup (part one)

This is part one of the final instalment of the Qualifying series from Red Bull for the 2014 season. This ep wraps with the Vans World Cup of Surfing at Sunset Beach. It’s been a huge year for all of these surfers and despite the smaller victories throughout the year, this one isn’t laced with champagne spraying from the rooftops for most.

We’ll let you dive into the story but first wanted to applaud the director for including the Waimea Bay rock jump with Pat Gudang and his girl, Tahitian-born model Hanalei Reponty. Good viewing for all.
