Pama Davies Has Been In Bali Again
Bondi’s best surfer puts his prowess to a handful of Balinese walls and holes.
We see more clips of Pama Davies around Bali and other Indo spots more than his Sydney home. That’s understandable though, it’s not like Bondi and it’s surrounding sand patches produce much worthy of viewing.
This clip is nominally titled ‘Bali HAHA Paris’: ‘Bali’ because the surfing is filmed in, well, Bali. ‘Paris’ because there’s a few cutaways with bikes, sites, and other Euro shit from Pama’s trip. And I’m guessing ‘HAHA’ because it kind of rhymes with Pama.
The short is littered with all your typical Bali spots, with Pama ripping atop an array of Rusty’s ever evolving quiver. Of course, there’s a few typical hi-fi shortboards in the mix, but the best and most practical seems to be the twin which suit the groomed walls and hollowed tunnels to a tee throughout the clips mid-section.
If your Easter Sunday is currently being spent devouring chocolate and enduring a family lunch, then consider this our Easter gift to you. A four-minute snippet of waves you wish you were surfing in a way you probably can’t. Watching surf clips is a truly masochistic affair, isn’t it?
