Julian Wilson lands loop revert
Julian Wilson has been dabbling in 720 attempts for some time now. It was a goal (but not the focus) of a trip the Sunny-Coaster did to Reunion Island with Jordy Smith last year. And while this ain’t a 720, it is certainly a spin that rotates past 360. You’ve seen Josh Kerr and John John Florence do corked, heelside grab alley-oops, but without the revert. Jules, however, has just landed one in Rio, into a second rotation (done after landing). He describes it as a ‘loop revert’, which Stab believes to be a very accurate description. It’s similar to Albee Layer’s double oop, but more corked. What do you make of it?
