Today on the Mason Ho menu we have buoy mounting, tandem tubes, freakish fades at Ala Moana Bowls and an assortment of quirk from our featured artist.

He and filmer Rory Pringle took advantage of a Hawaiian south swell pulse last summer, jumping in a car and scooting around to get involved. This clip is somewhat old but we hadn’t seen it, so assuming neither have a lot of you. 

It’s worth emphasising Mason’s ability to toy with a throaty left hander – Ala Moana probably feels a lot more playful than a woke Pipeline.
