“Uber = excessive, beyond, above all”. This is exactly what …Lost have strived for in their newest addition to the Driver range.

…Lost have had The Driver, Sub-Driver and the Mini-Driver on the market for a while, now there’s a new transporter on the block, the Uber-Driver.

Essentially, the Uber Driver is a slightly dialled back version of the Drivers which Kolohe and Griff ride on the QS and CT. The outline and concave of the back half of the board is equivalent to a normal Driver – curved outline and vee-tail, but the front half has been widened and the rocker reduced towards the nose, allowing for a faster and more playful board.

The Uber Driver is a board for the average chap who isn’t sneaking on tour anytime soon and wants a board for the everyday conditions; whilst it’s tough to admit we all spend the majority of our time in the salt frolicking in below-average waves.

Just like an Uber carts you home safely after an average night on the turps, the Uber Driver floats you along those dreaded flat spots with ease.

The clip features Yago and M-Rod putting the board through it’s pro-formance paces in some not so high-performance waves. As well as an awfully odd looking ape-like-man taking his fresh stick to the sand and picking up a couple of female companions on the way.

If you’re in the market for some new wheels, take a peek, and if not, just enjoy the surfing of Yago and M-Rod while you sit back in your envy filled office chair.
