Imagine confronting your father’s killer, face-to-face. It would be painful, awkward, and terrifying all at once. Depending on the evenness of your keel, perhaps even rage-inducing. I can’t imagine how anyone would enjoy such an encounter.

Anyone, as it turns out, besides Amber Mozo.  

In 2005, Pipeline killed the beloved North Shore water photographer Jon Mozo. Thirteen years later, Jon’s daughter Amber, also a skilled water shooter, swam out for her first time to the world’s deadliest wave.
