The Rocky Horror Aerial Show

All photos by Laserwolf High performance and progression are a few words we here all too often. Words that we applaud, the current state of surf is a consistent complacency combatant. “Rocky Point, the land of airs and opportunity,” lensman Laser tells Stab. “It’s also the Rocky Point treadmill spinning round with a whole lot of our Portuguese speaking friends. Hence the nickname Rocky De Janeiro. Feeling like you’re in need of a shoulder workout, or maybe a half-assed Rosetta Stone lesson? Give the place a go, it wont disappoint. If you’re lucky you might just chip shot yourself into an open one with a puntable end section, just watch out for death rock when your coming down. This week was pretty straight on with North West swell. Rocky’s likes a bit more of a swing in either direction. NNW for the right, WNW for the lefts. Although it hasn’t been prime time Rocky Point, it seemed like the place to be this week as the world’s best sat patiently waiting for another hopeful swell that probably won’t wake Pipeline back up. As this new swell arrives stay tuned; hopefully this photog will be eating his words.”
