Stab Podcast: “High-Performance Surfboards Are F***ing Back”

I have to warn you, this episode doesn’t start off pretty.

Buck is pissed off at the moon for providing such severely high tides and turning a decent wave into a stomp-a-thon. While he and the moon will hopefully resolve their differences soon, Buckley’s relationship with the naming of the US Open has hit a rough patch. 

His rant is quite charming, but Mikey and Stace do the leg work and break down the results. And how about a round of applause for Stace after correctly choosing both the men’s and women’s winners on last week’s pod? Consult Mr. Galbraith via dm for all of your future gambling endeavors.

The fellas also touch on a few projects of our own. John Florence has fired a warning shot for Stab Edit Of the Year, which is exciting for us but terrifying for other entrants. Will a bitcoin be enough to get Gabriel Medina into the free surfing mix?

Danny also shares a little story from his Stab Highway slumber party. We find out how a drunken 2 AM haircut in his living room is saving is providing nutrients for his garden.
