Sharks (might) like yellow: Mick Fanning changes aesthetic
Mick Fanning’s been running yellow sprays on the bottom of his boards this year. But after what he went through in South Africa last month, he’s understandably been spending some late nights with the Google. And what he’s found is some discussion that sharks are attracted to “Yum Yum Yellow”. Regardless of whether or not this is a substantiated claim, if there’s one thing Mick’s entitled to after his run-in, it’s some peace of mind. And if a blue and black spray will give him that, then who can argue?
