Reef’s ‘EXIT’ Premieres in Los Angeles

  Photos by Matty Wong   A warm Friday night in LA kindly shook the hand of Reef’s new film, Exit. The crowd settled into the Byrd’s Nest early, drinks in hand, waiting for the film. It’s an electric dose of low fidelity and high performance. Reef’s team is stacked: Shane Dorian, Taylor Knox, Rob Machado, Mick Fanning, and the younger gen of Luke Davis, Mitch Crews and Evan Geiselman. Unsurprisingly, the surfing was prime Wagyu. The neon Byrd sign illuminated the festivities characterised by the vibes expected of the ‘Nest’. Which carried deep into the night fuelled by vodka, grooves, and St. Archer-style good times. With as many beautiful gals as there was in the place, a proper party was inevitable. Exit drops on web pixels June 30. And Stab highly recommends.
