Prince Harry Dethrones Kelly Slater As The Royal Face Of Surf Ranch

Royalty hits the Ranch.

Ivanka Trump. Doja Cat. Lewis Hamilton. A procession of lesser-known, elderly, and obscenely wealthy individuals being pleasure-pushed into a Surf Ranch tube by Raimana Van Bastolaer.

And now, enter the Shire of Wales: the reluctant prince — Duke Harry.

Under the watchful gaze of Raimana, Haz starts low and slow, diving off the ski like an eagle. Then he waits, riding the wave on his translucent belly until his moment comes. His timing is flawless. He rises to his feat easily, powerfully, like a good prince should. Strong and stable, back straight, chest out. He wears his pride like a crown.

For a few beautiful moments, he is fluid and effortless. He shifts his weight with a grace that feels innate. He knows these waters like he was born to them. Remarkably, mid-ride, he has the poise to glance back at the camera and wave to his audience. You can take the prince out of the castle, but you can’t strip the pageantry from a monarch.

He’s magnificent. A fair and beautiful prince, now and forever.
