Is Jack Robinson Riding A Stab In The Dark Board At Lemoore?
Those white rails look awfully familiar.
Jack Robinson just caught his first wave at the surf ranch, wielding something different than his usual Arakawa saber. The board should look familiar, as it was the most recent victor in our Stab In The Dark film with Taj Burrow. It’s a Sharpeye Inferno 72, wrapped in a Dark Arts carbon fiber blanket, and flaunting those classic white rails.
You may recall seeing a clip of Robbo riding the board at Snapper a few weeks back, which was borrowed from our CUSP podcast cohost Stace Galbraith. Stace recieved the white railed vessel from The Board Lab in Tweeds Head, with the intention of filming a Joyride board test. Robbo had other plans.
So, did Jack Robinson steal this board from Stace and throw it in his own quiver? You’ll have to wait for Stace’s Joyride board test (coming soon) to find out.
It’s also worth noting that Jack Robinson isn’t the only one making equipment changes for Lemoore.
