Dane Reynolds Is Adriano de Souza

Rising surf comedian, Tyler Allen’s WSL spoof made us laugh and maybe you too!

The internet’s all fun and games until it decides to set its sights on you. Here Tyler Allen parodies the WSL’s at-first-funny-yet-now-bothersome in-house advertisements, using Adriano as the subject.

Tyler has the viral thing down to a fine art. You’ll probably have him saved somewhere in the back of your brain as ‘The Surfing Trump Impersonator Guy From Instagram’ after his internet stopping post from a few months back. Those that hit the follow button after his breakout performance are aware that he ain’t no one hit wonder. His vocal talents are exceptional (the part-time surf teacher also does paid voiceover work) and his feed is worth a scroll.

But, we’re not here to gaze into the rearview. Today we’re sharing his latest production, poking fun at the advertisements encouraging webcast viewers to buy athlete jerseys. Tyler’s pulled a celebrity cast for this one, with cameos from the likes of Dane Reynolds, Makua Rothman, Kyle Thierman, Taylor Knox, Sal Masakela, Danny Fuller, Strider Wasilewski and more mimicking the 2015 World Champion. How was he able to get so many names together for one quick clip?

“Most of them I just happened to run into last week in LA,” Tyler tells Stab. “Which is ridiculous, because I’m not pro. But they were all really down to be in the video.”

Want to see more of Tyler’s work? Well, here you go.
