Introducing Sharp Eye’s HT2 Model: Designed With Youth In Mind
Psssst, hey kids, we’ve got something for ya.
Groms tend to be smaller, lighter, and more compact than the rest of us.
Sharp Eye’s HT2 Youth model is designed with these discrepancies in mind, creating a scaled-down version of a true performance shortboard. It has the same mellow entry rocker as a normal HT2 model while introducing a wider tail block and thicker rails. Producing a board with functional concaves is no simple task. Certainly, doing so on a 4-foot canvas is a tedious mission shapers tend to avoid. Simply modifying a board’s length doesn’t account for changes in the rocker, volume, or bottom contours.
Evidently, the Sharp Eye crew did their research, dialed in their microscopic formulas, and crafted a product that performs at the next level. Ditch the soft top and get your kid a board that will elevate their surfing.
