We are starting to take these inland phenoms way too fucking seriously.

There is a CT event in Lemoore. Waco, Texas is ground zero for the world’s finest air section – the pond manufactured by American Wave Machines will result in aerial progression, there’s no arguing that. There’s a story on this here site at least once and week; and, by now, we’ve all but forgotten NLand and Surf Snowdonia. 

So, that leaves this fluoro blue oasis in the Basque Country in a confused state.

Beautiful? Sure. Fun. Absolutely. Mind-blowing? Maybe in 2016…

The Wavegarden Cove is for lovers. It should not be taken seriously, but, instead looked at as another vessel of fun – a novel wave for the novel hand-shaped boards of the most recent Vans Duct Tape Fest in Spain.

After all, surfing’s just taking a floatation device into the ocean, er, pool.
