The SW of WA has been magic of late. Like, really, really pumping. And, all during the warmer months – trunks weather. Taj Burrow, pictured here, has been surfing three times daily, often with pal Jay Davies, at a reef you’ll know well if you’ve ever seen his films Sabotaj and Montaj. The takeoff is extremely tough and even for an above-average surfer carries a low make-rate, but Taj knows the wave better than most and, once the entry fee is paid, it’s all about taking a line and having the time of your life.
