Stab sure does and unashamedly so. “I was a little bit wide but the drop was pretty insane and he somehow landed it,” says Matt Tennet, who shot this Ozzie Wright takeoff at South Narrabeen. “Unfortunately I didn’t get the barrel, but the drop was just as cool. Especially landing it on that fishy-kinda board he rides.”
And by happy coincidence, no other photogs had brought their water gear along for the session: “There was some smokers out there and I was lucky enough to get a bunch of good shots without any other photogs in the water at the time – even though there was a circus of them on the beach.”
