Jordy Smith, kickin’ the frog legs, Maldives

“Are you boys hungry?” Lyndall Jarvis asked photog Craig Kolesky and filmer/photog Blake Kueny. “Do you want me to freak out and make him come in?” Lyndall was talking, of course, about her new man, South-African Jordan Smith, pictured here kickin’ the frog legs in the Maldives. As well as Lyndall, Jordy’s over in the islands for eight days with John John Florence and, by all accounts, the both of them have been going loony in the soup. Blake says Lyndall’s a very good asset to the trip: “She keeps me company and brings me ice cold beers while I’m filming,” he says. “She’s the best!” Lyndall ain’t just hanging ’round, either – Blake says she’s been shooting photos of Jordy on her G10. Seems the gal has a quick tongue, too – another awesome comment she made was one afternoon when Jords wanted to peep the day’s footage: “Jordan, you just surfed for eight hours and now you want to watch more surf? I’m starving and I just want to go eat.” Maybe it’ll be good for the kid to feel the clean sting of a woman’s cat-o-nine-tails on his muscular back.
