Jake Fissenden, wind control, QLD
“Last week I purchased the new Canon EF 200-400mm f/4L IS USM Extender 1.4x Lens,” said an excited Matt O’Brien. “And it has been raining every day for the past week so I’ve been unable to use the lens.” Now, doesn’t that sting? But, there’s always light at the tunnel’s end and Matty reached it: “Today was the first day of nice weather since purchasing, so I met up with Jake Fissenden (pictured above, hucking blindly into the wind) and Eli Steele (below with the frontside roter), and we drove around for an hour before we found this super fun left ramp. It’s at a beach on the southern end of the coast that I have never even seen. There was one other guy out and the boys were going off.”
