Stab Highway East Coast (USA) presented by Monster Energy: The Challenge Booklet
130+ challenges from Miami to New York City. What are the odds of us getting arrested?
These past four years, we’ve dumped our heart and soul into creating the wildest challenge-driven reality TV roadtrip series in surfing, inspired by Transworld Surf’s Cali Rally and Thrasher’s King of the Road.
Every year, we wonder how we can outdo the year prior… and how far we can push it without getting seriously injured or seriously arrested.
When drafting up these challenges for Stab Highway, we consider a few key things: Location, lore, practicality, and what kind of fucked-up content we’d enjoy watching ourselves. While we promise our intentions are pure and kind, we do place entertainment on a pedestal here at Stab, and that means the well-being of our road warriors might fall into question on occasion. Allegedly. But, it’s all in the name of fun.
Before getting into this year’s challenge booklet, there is one disclaimer: none of the challenges written in the booklet are definitive. That means we reserve the right to change challenges, create new challenges, award extra points for challenges done extremely well, and deny points for challenge attempts that don’t live up to the challenge’s original intention. We don’t do participation trophies here.
Now that I’ve made it clear that this is a dictatorship (jokes), I give you the challenges for Stab Highway East Coast (USA) presented by Monster Energy.
Go on, hit [command +].

Now that you’ve seen the juice, how many challenges do you think you could do? Which are you most looking forward to seeing attempted? Where did we go soft? What did we forget? Let us know in the comments.
Episode one of Stab Highway East Coast presented by Monster Energy premieres January 23 exclusively on Stab Premium with six episodes to follow. Yes — that’s seven episodes total. We’ll see you there.
Shoutout to Monster Energy, Kona Big Wave, SunBum, GoPro, Turtlebox, and FCS/Surftech for believing in this project and keeping it going.
