Punting over the horizon beyond the dreamy, calico-shoreline of Praia do Rosa, Brazil.
Praia do Rosa is one of Brazil’s hidden gems. Originally secretly inhabited by hippies, surfers and fishermen, it was considered by The Guardian to be one of “7 hidden paradises of the world.” It is also rated one of the thirty most beautiful bays in the world and one of the ten most beautiful bays in Brazil.

It is also home to 18-year-old, Tomas Hermes protege, Walley Guimaraes. A young talent, who between his lofty rotations and long list of proverbs tucked in his back pocket (re: intro), appears to have the technical and mental grit to grind his way to the top.
Never underestimate a hungry young Brazilian kid with a dream.
