How Do You Turn Recycled Plastic Bottles Into Absorbent, Snug Surf Towels?
Don’t ask us, ask Slowtide.
Slowtide make very nice towels.
I have several wet Slowtides in the boot of my car that I really ought to hang up. Thanks for the reminder.
In celebration of Earth Day, Slowtide has teamed up with PangeaSeed Foundation, a Hawaii-based, internationally engaged nonprofit organization that acts at the intersection of culture and environmentalism to further the conservation of our oceans. PangeaSeed harnesses the power of ARTivism to inspire ocean advocacy and action. 100% of the proceeds will be donated to PangeaSeed to further support their conservation efforts.
Originally created for various PangeaSeed programs, these towels feature artwork by Eric Vozzola, Gina Kiel, Hannah Eddy, Jimbo Philips, Lena Vargas and Yellena James. All the towels in this collection are made out of 100% recycled material, primarily water bottles. These artfully designed towels absorb 4X its weight in water, are lightweight, sand-free and dry 2X faster than a standard cotton.
Pre-order for Slowtide x PangeaSeed Quick-Dry Towels ends on 4/30/22 at 11:59 PM. Shop this collection exclusively here.
