Meet The Friendliest Man In Oceanside

A 73-year-old man named Bruce Parker goes to Oceanside pier every day to film videos and greet beachgoers. He posts the videos online so that ex-Oceanside residents can check in on their home break.

Since Bruce is battling Melanoma, he sports a trench coat to protect him from the sun. However, He doesn’t let the trench coat stop him from swimming in the shore break. Bruce believes being outside and staying busy is what keeps him alive.
