Gallery: The World Premiere Of SITD Ep 3 At Kirra Surf

A massive thank you to everyone who came out to Kirra Surf last night for the world premiere of Stab in the Dark episode 3.

Especially to Ethan Ewing, our hilarious panel of shapers, and our sponsors: Billabong, Creatures, Futures, Stone & Wood, White Claw, and Afterpay, for making it happen.

After a few long days in the hot, sticky human soup at Snapper, heading to a premiere on a Sunday evening to watch more surfing could’ve easily slipped down the priority list.

Still, we packed out the shop, spilled onto the street, and deleted 1,500 tins of pale ale and seltzers in the space of two hours.

As expected, some of the shaper’s banter was all-time. When one of the groms in the audience asked who the best surfer out of all the shapers was, Britt Merrick proposed they settle it once and for all with a Shaper Heat at Snapper.
