We cordially invite you to meet Stab’s 30 under 30 – the Culture Shifters of tomorrow. These are the ladies and gentlemen who, from an early age, shake (not stir!) the status quo. Thirty individuals who started in and transcended the surf bubble before journeying 30 times ’round the sun.

Surfing may have once been reserved for school-dodgers, the rebelliously unemployed and those with a penchant for a once illicit plant, but now, surfing’s filled with tech entrepreneurs, fashion designers, and the environmentally active.

The Stab30 contains everything from wavepool tech connoisseurs, craft agnostic waterman, filmmaking musicians, and of course, world champion surfers.

The order of the top-30 is unimportant and up for debate, that is, except for the one individual who sits atop the throne – although you’ll have to dive in to find out who that is.

These are the folks whose achievements would be rude not to celebrate; right here, right now.

Click through to find out who made the cut, in Stab30.
