The launch of Craig, Dane Reynolds and Austyn Gillette’s FORMER is imminent…or is it? The boys have been in the studio, shooting product, the decals have been applied, the Instagram remains vague, and we’re fans of the direction it’s going. Something different ran by professional surfers is what’s lacking in the industry at the moment. And while it’s set to be a surf/skate brand, the skateboard philosophy is already ringing true. What’s refreshing about skate is companies support their riders personalities, there’s little sugar-coating, and it’s a level of transparency that we’re fond of.
