How do you spend your lunch break? Quick brew? Sneaky Tinder date? Do what you will, but Sydney pals Karl Attkins and Spencer Frost like to be a bit more productive. “Karl and myself work together for a landscaping company in Avalon,” says filmer Spencer. “When this little swell popped up our boss was kind enough to give us some extra time off from slaving in the garden. So we got to work in the water.” Filmed over two days between work shifts, “Lunchtime Sessions” utilizes just about every imaginable angle and will leave you with an incredible urge to make better use of your time.
