Something old is the finner we know and love. Something new is the ASP’s makeover, and also Dane’s enthused competitive attitude. Something borrowed is the Jordy Smith raft that Dane commandeered after digging the extra volume. And something blue? Well, that’d be the ocean. All the ingredients for the beautiful union that is Dane Reynolds and Snapper Rocks. Unfortunately, it wasn’t officiated yesterday. Mick Fanning knocked Dane outta the event, despite flava like this turn. Locals were thrilled, everyone else was not. Obviously you’re already over there, but just in case, here’s a taxi.
