Mason Ho’s Soft Twinny Is Designed For Sticky Situations And Summer Relief

Shore slammers, rock hopping and the capability to perform on cue!

The era of the softboard is taking surfing to new places.

Recently unlocked zones include that short stretch between the red and yellow flags, waves that break onto dry sand, those which lick exposed reef and any wave your friends catch (without fear of (much) damage to yourself or your fave craft).

Mason Ho, with his sheer disregard for personal safety, is a regular explorer of these previously uncharted territories and push them to their absolute extremes. With or without glass under his feet, no tube in front of dry coral will go unridden.

The difference between the average surfer and Mason Ho is that most of us pay for surfboards, and surfboards are quite pricey. Recklessly dry docking is generally not an option, or a normal person’s goal for that matter.

Riding a foam plug is a hoot and can allow one to live on the edge with little to lose, riding a softboard that can perform when given the opportunity is, obviously, better. Let’s face it, there’s nothing worse than being let down by your equipment on the wave of the day…although, if that does happen, it’s sometimes nice to have a scapegoat.

MASON NEO RED1

In the words of FCS: “The Mason Ho Signature Twin will open your imagination, and inject you with a dose of stoke on every wave. When it comes to the board’s performance, think fast, loose and free spirited.”

Mason’s signature twin, intelligently named the ‘Mason Twin’, allows one to surf scandalously and irresponsibly without a worry, and still rip a top turn as required. If you’re adept, you can even take it to the air.

The board’s got a neatly tucked swallow tail, a stringer to keep it stiff and FCSII plugs, giving its operator the option of running the highest performance fins on the market.

Hit go up top to witness a self destructive demonstration by Mason, packed with flair, danger and thrill!

“This board is opening up new boundaries and opportunities with my surfing. Like before, it was fun surfing close to rocks, now it’s way more fun, I can pretty much glide right over them!” – Mason Ho.
