Watch: South Australian Ledges Threaded On A Twin
Flooring caves with road tripper Torren Martyn.
And we’re back with video-postcard numero four from the travelling twin-finner Torren Martyn. Arriving in South Australia, Torren and photographer companion Ishka Folkwell are greeted with red-hued desert stretches, towering cliffs and throaty rock shelfs. There’s a lot less use of the rail in this Lost Track episode, open-face lines are replaced with straight tunnel stuffing. The speed advantage of his twin in waves of this calibre help him find his way out (sometimes) of hideously deep, boily sections that would be challenging enough to hold line on a standard three-finner. Dime the volume for the Mystic Braves accompaniment and dig in.
In the unfortunate event that you’ve missed the earlier episode’s of Torren’s travels, here’s rewind:
Episode One – Byron Bay
Episode Two – South Coast, NSW
Episode Three – Victoria
Stay dialled for the full feature release in July.
