Wintermission: Couple This Suit With Your High Performance Or Resin Tint Vessel
Because subtlety equals versatility!
Perhaps it was because someone had commented around our beachside campfire that it suited him, but Jack Lynch wore the wine-coloured NCHE the most – even after we’d captured all the shots we needed during our Tasmanian field-study.
Though, with its lack of graphics, subtle features and detailing, it’s hard to imagine NCHE’s Winetaster 3/2 not working with any surfer’s look.
Single fins and highline silhouettes.
With Jack’s penchant for single-fin vessels, groovy outlines and coloured resin craft, something felt right with their partnership as NCHE is friendly to the alt and high performance world alike, and a monochromatic world is a dull one!
So, aesthetics aside, during its time in the field, Jack noted the suit’s weight. There’s no heavy lining across the chest, trading heat retention for a lightweight skin and a broader range of movement, whether it be a jive off the top or twisting off an end section.
Add a splash of subtle colour to your surf wardrobe.
However, it’s not like they simply stripped the fur out of this one. The NCHE has limestone ‘N Foam’ and a plant-based internal lining comprised of charcoal & bamboo –for Chrissakes, the thing’s vegan!
