Fine Lines & Plenty of Them

O’Neill Women’s best swimwear of 2023 puts the fun back in function

It’s a fine line, that of the flattering yet swim set.

Style: O’Neill Women’s Saltwater Solids Huntington Top & Saltwater Solids Boulders Bottom

Color: Pink

Price: $45, $45

A fun variation on the simple two-piece, the O’Neill Women’s Saltwater Solids Huntington Top and Boulders Bottom walk this line well. Playful details and just-right coverage converge in this essential set designed for surfing, sunning, swimming, or whatever you get up to in the summertime.

Top: Historically, the cross-back has always been a reliable go-to for any athletic activity but the added feminine details here are a plus, balancing out what could otherwise lean sporty. That said, the subtle sportiness and moderate coverage in the Huntington Top keep things in place without sacrificing aesthetics.

Bottoms: The full-coverage cut allows for freedom of movement without worrying about showing the world your bum. A side knotting detail contributes to the overall cute factor without interfering with functionality, creating a noteworthy harmony of skin shown and covered – not too much, not too little. Just right.

Favorite Features:

  • The strappy back and adjustable self-tie design are a major plus, offering security and a customizable fit.
  • Full coverage without feeling the least bit matronly.
  • Solid colors are always a win in my book, making a suit feel classic and easy to wear season after season.

Overall: This playful pairing casually walks the line between cute and core. A daily driver, if you will, but make it pink.
