Yago Dora And Mateus Herdy Are Two Of Brazil’s Finest Aerial Savants
Two minutes of weightlessness.
Yago Dora has already been established as one of the most high-percentage, low-flail aerialists in the world today. But 17-year-old Mateus Heredy is a relative newbie to the mainstream surfing media, his biggest accomplishments coming in the last few months with a second at Haleiwa and a win at the World Pro Juniors.
While Yago will be doing his second lap around Gaia for the 2019 Championship Tour, Mateus will be focusing all his energy toward the QS, where Stab believes he will qualify come year’s end.
In the meantime the boys have been having fun back in Brazil, making average beach break conditions look like a damn video game. Please enjoy these two minutes of surf savantery.
