The Man Who Scored The Best Wave This Year At Pipe Thus Far, Cam Richards’ “Surf Vlog”

“Noah Schweizer and I tried to start our vloging debut a few months back in the Outer Banks,” Cam Richards wrote on his Instagram. “Let’s just say it wasn’t as easy as we thought. So hats off to all you vloggers out there!”

As anyone who’s had to lug a camera and/or camera crew around over the course of a day and point said camera at themselves while talking to an invisible but very real audience knows, Cam is right. Vlogging is hard. And embarrassing. So we, too, tip our caps to anyone who can do it without retreating into their shell or having a psychotic break. 

That said, the content of this video—surfing and otherwise—is actually quite good. Quick travel scene, few morning tubes, little fish’n and hunt’n, then back to surf. Hard to hate that. 

Give it a watch if you like hash browns, there’s nothing in here as critical as Cam Richards recent Pipeline screamer but that doesn’t mean it’s not worth a watch. And don’t forget to pulverize that like button and subscribe.
